The recruiter was not responsive, and it usually took several days to get a response. It took me more than one month to complete the phone interview plus the on-site interview.
On-site consisted of 3 rounds: one coding, one knowledge + algo, and one behavioral. I applied for a backend engineer position but was asked for JS knowledge, which gave the impression that the interviewers were not trained.
After the on-site interview, the recruiter simply stopped contacting/responding (in case of no offer).
A coding interview is about implementing some iterator.
In the next round, I was given a snippet of JS and asked about scope/closure. I applied for a backend engineer role, and I don't know why I was asked for JS knowledge. I explicitly told the interviewer I am not good at JS, but the interviewer insisted on carrying on. From that moment, I knew I wouldn't get an offer :)
The last round was behavioral questions.
