Senior Developer Asp.Net, MVC Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
The first round of the technical interview took around 2 hours to complete. After that, they told me I had cleared the round. They called me back after 1 month, and only after I sent a chaser so many times. They scheduled a managerial round, but when I reached the office, the manager themselves didn't show up. Because of this interview, I canceled my vacation plans and canceled the ticket. Such irresponsible behavior and unprofessional.

Wells Fargo Work Experiences
- 2.0Never join if you are looking for job satisfactionSenior Software Engineer • Former EmployeeBengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaNovember 18, 2022Pros: Good managers. Good colleagues. Good facilities. Attractive salary.Cons: No job satisfaction at all. They will ask pure DB developers to do UI work, developers to do Selenium integration testing, etc., in the name of agile development. That is the reason lots of old developers resigned, new developers are resigning just after joining, and the people who are staying after recently joined are just there to get domain expertise and resign after a couple of years to join banks like Bank of America or JP Morgan.
