It had 4 rounds.
The whole process was very well coordinated and arranged. There were a few hiccups, which were smoothly handled by the recruitment team.
Round 1 was online coding. It was not regular competitive programming. I was asked to write a code in Java 8 to make an API call to a given URL, fetch the response, process the response, and then expose a method that would give results based on the fetched data and query passed. The problem itself was pretty easy, but the challenge was to quickly search the libraries in HackerRank that supported making a network call and deserializing it to a DTO.
Second round was on LLD. It was mostly related to the projects I have worked on and few relations to the job profile I applied for. Nothing fancy in this round.
Third round was more detailed. The interviewer was pretty experienced and knowledgeable and knew what she was asking. Questions were more around general SDLC process, code safety and security, how to handle attacks and vulnerability, etc. The interviewer was open and accepted answers that were unorthodox and new.
