Interview was scheduled after showing interest in their email. The interview process was pretty much simple: one technical interview, followed by a code challenge on HackerEarth, then a manager round. I did not have an HR round as the HR people were busy; they simply took my expected package and negotiated to just a 25% hike from my current salary.

Latest Java 8 features, Spring Boot, questions on writing SQL scripts and Java code.

Pros: Except package and transportation, nothing is great. Wells is a great brand, but people's mindset or culture is not great.
Cons: Managers play favourites, especially in commercial banking.
Managers are not so technical; they don't involve themselves in technical discussions or any planning calls, and there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of people management.
They form groups and are very biased towards their group of people.
There's a lack of 360-degree feedback.
Many people are leaving because it has become a toxic culture.
Stay away from joining Hyderabad teams.
If you want to grow in your career, stay away from this toxic place.

Work-life balance depends on the manager and the project work.
Cons: No job security. Layoffs are happening because of cost-cutting and due to huge recruitment at the time of COVID.
Wantedly gives a low rating and will target for layoffs.
No proper hikes; minimum 6% with a "meets" rating.
