Very unprofessional. The person supposed to take my interview never came online. My interview was rescheduled twice, and the new interviewer had never even seen my resume. He asked nothing related to my resume, not even questions regarding my projects! The role didn't specify any programming language preference, and I had solved the OA in Python, but the interviewer said he could only ask Java questions because he didn't know other languages (he literally said that to me). And guess what? I was rejected.
