The online round was of average difficulty. After Interview Round 1, people who were selected directly got called for the second round, and there was no communication of rejection to others.

The second interview was mostly a leadership round where coding wasn't asked.

Questions

My second interview was with a Senior Tech Manager. He was much more interested in the work done during my internship at another company and why I didn't receive a PPO, instead of seeing my ability or asking coding questions.

Pros: The compensation and 401k are decent. There are two days WFH.

Cons: Heavily dependent on the team, but horrible WLB. If you’re a new hire, don’t expect any help onboarding; the team is either too busy or doesn’t care to help. Old tech. Horrible management. Micromanaging is so common here. A place where dreams go to die.
