Pros: Great team members and many resources for self-directed learning.
Cons: Technology is shedding a massive amount of jobs in waves to be in line with the competition's models. The processes available for career growth are a mixed bag of successes and shortfalls.

Pay increases sucked for tenured team members
Systems Operations Engineer • Former Employee
Charlotte, North Carolina, United States
October 16, 2023
Pros: Great people. I loved my coworkers and made very good friends.
Cons: Every time the minimum wage was raised for the company, they didn't give adjustments to current, tenured team members. Someone working there for over 20 years ended up making one dollar over the company's minimum wage by the time they left. That's incredibly sad. They should take care of their tenured employees and help them succeed financially; it's in the company mission statement, for crying out loud.

Pretty Good Place to Work

Pros: There are many good teams you can work for. Culture is improving.
Cons: You will probably need to find another job to get a decent raise/promotion. Regular raises don’t keep up with inflation.
