Improve the growth paths for employees. More meaningful trainings that net tangible opportunities for promotion. Offer more vouchers for certifications.

I was contacted by the recruiter and scheduled an interview for next week. The interview went for an hour, and I was asked about some basic database queries and behavioral types.
