Pros

Garage parking is free if you get to the office early; otherwise, you are "hoofing" it a distance. Casual business attire.

Cons

If you are looking to work for a publicly owned financial company that pays its front-end employees an extremely low salary, with highly overpaid upper management raking in big bonuses, golden parachutes, daily system outages, lots and lots of paper pushing, poor or nonexistent system automation, lots and lots of red tape, tight and cramped employee cubicles with huge and spacious upper management offices with nice window views, and many layers of management who do not know "what the right hand and the left foot are doing." If you are looking to work for a huge corporation with poor leadership, a reactive, not proactive company, poor or nonexistent career development, gender bias in the branches, overpriced cafeteria food, and micromanagement – then this is the place for you.

Advice to Management

You need to start thinning out the many layers of management and start paying your front-end employees a decent-paying salary.
