Old tech stack and very much dependent on the US. Bad hike. They are just a namesake investment bank, but they pay just like a service-based company.
Hire good resources and try to retain them. Just in the name of diversity, don't screw your reputation.

It was a DSA round where they tested my DSA skills. It was mostly based off LeetCode and other similar websites. The interviewer, I'm sure, was not aware of a solution without looking at answers and did not answer my alternative solutions.
