You will be compensated well, but not much growth due to continuous change in job titles.
IJP is a good option, but the employee is eligible only after 2 years.
Too much of politics. People work in groups. Even though you complain about the behavior of your boss, nothing much happens. I was demoted from Manager to Associate due to a change in org policies and have had a worst experience working in LOB EFT.
Need to focus on your managers and how much time they spend with the team. If they don't spend time with the team and understand what they are doing, how can they rate the team?
