Pros
  • PTO
  • Work/Life Balance
  • Good Benefits
  • Internal job opportunities
Cons
  • High turnover in jobs (considerable people movement within positions).
  • Constant reorganization and potential manager turnover (hard to establish management relationships for furthering your career).
  • Ethnic and age biases against certain employee profiles.
  • Unfair labor practices.
  • Implementing a core "cities" employment strategy (select list of geographical job markets that employees are required to live within or be displaced), thus eliminating many quality (long-term) employees through this kind of bias.
Advice to Management

Take the time to know your employees' skills, accomplishments, and past contributions to the organization, especially if you are a reassigned manager for an employee.
