Don't expect any growth. Salary increases are less. It's very difficult to get into internal jobs.

Lead Developer
A bit intimidating but was reasonable. They seemed dismissive and falsely polite at the end. The interview room was too open and had someone watching us, but not asking questions.
Software Engineer
Fast and easy. The last round was two 30-minute interviews. Before that was an interview with four LeetCode-style questions. You don't need to do perfect, but try to at least get three of them right.
