Solid company. But not a great place for developers that like to get things done.
Agile nonsense has taken over. Already, a heavy meeting culture has gotten far worse. Many days, I don't write any code due to meetings.
Cut the meetings. Agile is a waste of time if developers spend all day in meetings.
A bit intimidating but was reasonable. They seemed dismissive and falsely polite at the end. The interview room was too open and had someone watching us, but not asking questions.
One phone interview and one face-to-face interview. Atmosphere is formal and structured. Most people in IT are nice and understand technology is a challenging field. Lots of teamwork required.
I interviewed for the position of Lead Software Engineer. There were two tech rounds and one hour-long round. All were easy. The questions were from past experience and some scenarios, something like that.
