Pros

Compensation can be decent if you get the right role.

Cons

For a company that touts that "People are its greatest asset," they sure put a lot more emphasis on the bottom line and metrics in making decisions.

Advice to Management

When you make decisions that affect your employee base, maybe think about how it's going to actually affect them.

Also, when making those huge paradigm shifts (i.e., DevOps), maybe consider your workforce and helping them achieve theirs and your goals.
