Tons of vacation time, great pay, ability to move up is fairly easy, lots of training, and we do a lot for the community.
Sitting in a cubicle all day, very repetitive, a lot of politics. People who truly work their butt off hardly get promoted. Promotions normally go to people who brown nose.
