WF is an overall great company to work for!
My department has a laid-back atmosphere.
Employees seem to work well together. It's a great place if you are great with self-management.
Too many office politics, and favor amongst Upper Management with hiring of friends and family. Prepare to fight your way to the top if you are from a different demographic.
Upper management should be more employee friendly. Be open to suggestions from lower-level employees. Be able to handle constructive criticism and actually use it when necessary.
Had an initial screening round, followed by 1 technical, 1 techno-managerial, and 1 manager round. All rounds went well, but after that, there was no response. I asked HR for feedback after a week and was told she had not received my feedback. I'm no
The recruiter contacted me after seeing my resume on my school's career website. I had a technical interview about a week later with two software engineers. I received an offer quite a while after that.
LONG WITH NO POSITIVE RESULTS. If interviewing for a position at Wells, they love answers in the STAR format: * Situation * Task * Actions * Results Most of the time, they already have the candidate in mind that they want.
