Pros
  1. You would get good infrastructure.
  2. Good cafeteria.
Cons
  1. No perks at all and indeed, all employee benefits were removed.
  2. Very strict WFO and office hours tracking.
  3. No work-life balance. You will have all late-night calls, especially with US people. No shift allowance for technology people, even though you will be working until 10:30 PM.
  4. Too much dependency on US people.
  5. No HR connects.
  6. Wasting of time with all-hands meetings.
  7. Unnecessary process automations.
  8. Too many leadership changes. In fact, the India head themselves left the company, including the HR of India head too.
Advice to Management
  1. Business doesn’t mean only client-centric; take care of employees, and in turn, they’ll take care of the company.

  2. Concentrate on the work-life balance of employees.

  3. Have some good leaders who think about the current generation and not like 1947 old-school thought process people.
