I would’ve said stability last year, but absolutely not.
WFH is not for tech talent. There are zero in-office perks, and you will be in the office full-time. The tech pay is severely less than industry standard. The culture is definitely suited for older staff who would like to sit in an office and make just enough to survive.
Speak up for the little guys. Stop drinking the Kool-Aid.
