Pros

The best benefit is probably its PTOs and floating holidays.

Cons
  • 80% Indian, which is probably the reason for bad leadership, teams, and technology.
  • You DON'T get benefits until you work 30+ days. I guess they have a lot of <1-month quitters.
Advice to Management

Start house cleaning on slackers and bad leaders. Invest in diversity. If you see a team of > 50% Indian, there is NO diversity. It was a hostile environment for me since I'm not Indian.
