Great work-life balance. Pay is good. Cab service is provided to and from the office. Opportunities to contribute in patentable ideas through POCs.
On-calls at night with US teams.
Plenty of non-technical management people who have very little idea of how technical stuff works.
Lack of mentorship for freshers. If you ask for help, you are considered incompetent, and reviews are impacted.
Keep track of the work you do with proof, else credit might be stolen.
More focus on extracurriculars, compliance, etc., than on real work.
Proper mentoring for freshers in the team. Ensure more transparency by providing tools to track employees' work. Make sure managers have proper technical knowledge.
