Pros

Brand value, one of the Big Four, but losing all its advantages very fast.

Newcomers can expect the best pay in the Indian market.

Cons

Wells' positives are turning out as negatives so fast!

In the last few years, Indian managers were given too much power, which many are not using properly to benefit team members.

Team members' concerns are not valued.

Too many policy changes.

Unwanted pressure is building due to aggressive scheduling and poor planning.

Work culture is deteriorating very fast. We may end up losing employees' confidence like Cognizant (35%+ attrition rate).

Advice to Management

Value employees and their skills.

Stop changing policies every quarter.

Restore the quarterly/monthly promotion cycle to bring back confidence in employees.

Don't rely too much on mid and low-level India managers. They don't even know what team members are working on, but they have been given enormous power to decide the fate of team members.
