Constant change in management/C-Suite structure made deadlines and demands impossible and egregious. We were having weekly releases at one point when our executive stated we only had the infrastructure to support one a month and was "surprised" at how manual the release process was... yeah... Also, we were working well past 2 am on these calls to work in concert with the India team. It was a nightmare.
People are generally nice, even though there is zero culture at the Midtown East office. Don't come here expecting to make work buddies.
Fight business team back on unrealistic goals instead of expecting miracles from an understaffed/overworked dev team.
