Trying to evolve but lots of issues at its core.
Trying to implement newer, modern software practices and stack, but struggling in some areas.
Lots of red tape.
Every small change needs multiple levels of approval from compliance and legal.
Multiple levels of hierarchy make everything more difficult.
Very low pay when compared to other Bay Area companies.
