I was not in a 'Hub' city, so I could not apply for any other position unless I wanted to move to a hub city. The nearest to me was 1.5 hours away.
This meant I could not apply for positions within my group for a promotion too. I ultimately left because of this. I believe this policy has ended.
Good interview process overall. Questions asked were from arrays, graphs, trees, etc. It was an on-campus interview with three rounds. First round focused mostly on arrays and trees. Second round involved a discussion on projects and a few technical
The process was mostly just an initial phone call through a recruiter, then a lot of meetings and phone calls later. Eventually, everything wrapped up. No super technical coding challenge, but I already had a pretty strong resume.
A HackerRank was given, then a behavioral. Nothing more; it was just a long behavioral and a technically challenging HackerRank, non-proctored. After that, it took about two weeks to get back to me.
