There is nothing good to say about this company.
I am not surprised to see the bad news about this company, as I have witnessed all the negativity. My manager used to work remotely and hire some very bad employees to keep an eye on his employees. I was completely harassed, discriminated against, and insulted all the time. There was no appreciation for my work ever. There is a lot of favoritism.
Save yourself before it is too late. Don't take your position for granted.
