You can learn how to lick boot and good politics.
Job security is the concern of every employee as they have family to feed. No government of India support you if you lose your job, though you have paid enough tax earlier. Wells Fargo won't fire you directly, but they are clever that you will leave one day due to the torture of managers here, especially Telugu managers. They are settled here thinking it's their ancestors' company; they can rule and reign here. These managers are killing the culture of this company. Micromanagement is the way to work here. So, what we should understand is that there is no leadership skill with these managers who can't make employees work by doing micromanagement. Do we need extra skills for that? Fire these obsolete, company culture-spoiling engineering managers who promote favoritism. The company then would deserve 5 out of 5 on Glassdoor.
Fire micromanaging managers, also introduced rating system for managers by their subordinates.
Moderate interview process for Java development. It contains a range of questions from basic to difficult. It concluded in three rounds, starting with a telephonic round, followed by technical rounds one and two, and then a managerial round.
There are 2 technical rounds (face to face) which happened on the same day. One managerial round with the onsite managers over the phone. HR discussion over the phone. The total process took 1 week.
Very unprofessional. HR doesn't even care to respond or let us know on the outcome of the interview. Sent 2-3 follow-ups before I stopped sending. Letting us know if rejected or selected doesn't cost anything, but instead, they choose to sit silent
