Learning will be limited.
This year onwards, they behave like a service company.
Good to extract more productivity from employees, but their methods are not great.
Considering the direction they are heading, I wouldn't recommend to a friend.
Good to extract more work from employees, but the tactics employed are bad. Lot of attrition is looming, and that, in turn, will cause even more attrition.
