Pros: Get to work with great people. Great pay and benefits. Frequent exposure to customer stories reminds us who we are working for and the good we are doing for them. It is very inspiring to be enabling small business owners to make their dreams come true. The massive focus on value-driven work is a huge selling point for me. I feel like my values are aligned with the stated values of the company, and we are all expected to strive for them.

Cons: It can be exhausting at times since the work is never done. Not having dedicated QA can be draining since engineers need to mitigate and manage every step of bug reporting, including routing or attempting to duplicate issues.

Pros: Still quite a young company, where everyone can feel like they're having an impact. The culture is great, and there's a big emphasis on it.

Cons: It's rapidly growing, so it might stop being such a great environment.
