Best company I've worked for
Talented, driven colleagues who are passionate about what they do, management that cares for their folks, focused and effective leadership, minimal red tape/process, and great benefits.
The work-life balance used to be the biggest issue for me, but things have improved lately. Keeping the quality of the product high while working in a fast-paced manner is sometimes challenging, but the leadership has been providing good guidance on that.
