The company itself is fairly young, and it's great to see that it has already gained so much traction in the last year or so. While some teams are lagging, the overall engineering org is pretty solid. Lots of ex-Pinterest, Lyft, Uber, and FB engineers have joined the ranks, and only time will tell until this company catches the mainstream.

The company is fully remote and has offices in SF, LA, and NYC. The benefits are great! For people trying to start a family, there's a $20k budget for family care and planning.

It's a blessing and a curse that the company has achieved so much in such a short amount of time.

On the practical side, you'd be paying so much on AMT taxes since the valuation is already high. Most people haven't even hit their one-year cliff yet, and for those that did, they probably don't know the tax implications on exercising ISOs and NSOs.

Depending on your team, some teams are lagging in terms of hiring. So be prepared to grind it out!
