Good tech stack and excellent colleagues; all have very strong tech backgrounds and huge passion for coding.
A good working environment. We have all kinds of entertainment equipment: PS4, billiards, and a massage chair. The team working atmosphere is relaxed and efficient. Though some people may underrate Wish compared to Amazon and eBay, we like being small with big ambitions.
You must prepare to confront the challenge every day. If you are not that good, you'd better not be here.
Keep moving, you are awesome. Pay more attention, resources, and support to our Chinese team. As a member of that team, we know we are not good at talking, but we are definitely good at everything else.

Software Engineer (Internship)
Normal screen interview with Hard Leetcode questions. Most likely to ask for a follow-up. The interviewer was nice, helping you go through the question and providing hints. Good communication skills are a requirement.

It was a hard process. I got lucky on a lot of the questions. Mostly LeetCode medium/hard. The engineers were really great. The hiring manager was great. Got an offer $70k above asking.

Had a 1-on-1 video interview over an online platform where we can see each other's webcams. We also shared a common code pad, similar to Google Docs. I was supposed to have a second, final-round interview.
