Applications Developer Interview Experience

Process

After submitting my resume, they invited me on-site for an all-day interview. This consisted of:

  • Breakfast
  • Company orientation
  • A three-hour block of one-on-one interviews
  • Another group presentation of the company
  • A social event to conclude

All in all, the one-on-one interviews never really went too technical. They focused primarily on object-relational models and design questions. They don't really go into coding, as their in-house developers use a proprietary language.

They really went out of their way to make the interview as stress-free as possible, and all of their employees are pretty laid-back.
