Pros: Software Engineer: Great culture, great company, awesome hours, constantly challenged, and dog-friendly.
Cons: I personally believe it is hard to get salary increases similar to other tech companies. I think that is my least favorite part about Workday.

Pros: Great compensation and work-life balance. Never work overtime, etc.
Cons: Slow to get changes through. Work can be quite boring at times, depending on the project as usual.

- Clean, modular codebase
