Associate Software Engineer Interview Experience

Process

I applied through college or university. I was scheduled for an interview on my college campus but was told at the last minute to reschedule for the following week and to have a phone screen instead.

The following week, I had a phone interview with the person I talked to at the career fair. I was told that I would be contacted within two or three weeks about whether we would move forward or not, and that if I didn't hear anything, I should contact them.

I received no such notification. I contacted them, and they did not reply.

About two months later, they came back to my campus for an info session, and I talked to the recruiters about my application. They said they would get the situation sorted out, but nothing happened.
