Process
The hiring manager gave me a hard time regarding my commitment to companies. This was because I stayed for the full 11 months at my previous position, which was an 11-month contract with no possibility of extension. Prior to that, I stayed at my previous position for 4 years and only left because I had to relocate.
Because of this, they refused to proceed with the interview process.
I find this utterly disrespectful and unprofessional.
Questions
The only question they cared about was how long I was at my previous positions.
