Call with recruiter, which was nice.
I had three interviews with Workday, and all of them were really weird. All hiring managers seemed disinterested.
- One hiring manager asked me to code in five minutes.
- One was completely disinterested and turned off their camera as soon as the interview started.
Basic questions on current work, projects, and technologies worked on were asked.
I am not sure what they were trying to analyze in thirty minutes. Asking to code in five minutes is ridiculous.
