Operations Engineer Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland

Process

Overall experience: The interview was a lot easier than I expected. I reached the final stage but did not receive an offer. This was because I spent too long answering questions compared to the other candidate, and they felt they didn't get a chance to know me.

My advice is to try and get straight to the point when answering competency questions.

If you don't get the position, ask for feedback. Their recruiters are very helpful.

Questions

Technical questions were easy enough. You need to have knowledge of TCP, especially the differences between it and UDP. You also need to know about their products and what makes them different from their competitors. The competency questions were easy.
