Process
I passed the initial first interview, which was a call. The second interview was another call with a manager who seemed impressed. The third interview would be a face-to-face interview at their office. I was not successful, but I had to chase them by sending numerous emails, and I only got a generic reply saying, "I was not suited for the role." I would have appreciated some constructive feedback so that I can prepare better for future interviews.

Working remotely is allowed, you can make your own hours pretty much, bring your dog to work, unlimited PTO (caps at 30 days supposedly, but come on, that is still great), 401k, an awesome gym + reimbursement. They care about what kind of coffee they offer us by having regular coffee tastings. They pay for Uber if you need a ride home and didn't bring a designated driver.
