QA Engineer Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland

Process

The process involved a 30-minute phone interview with the recruiter and a 30-minute video interview with the QA manager and three employees in similar roles, totaling five interviews. Despite my flexibility with dates and times, the entire process took 10 days. The interview itself was smooth and conversational, and the feedback from all interviewers was positive. However, as is common with other Glassdoor feedback, I wasn't expecting a swift response from HR. Suddenly, the very next day, HR announced the closure of the candidacy, yet, as far as I can tell, the position remains open.

I was initially very excited about Workday but was highly disappointed with how the candidacy closure was communicated. The "VIBE" code appears to be a myth, as they did not demonstrate respect for the time and effort a candidate invested. I must consider the feedback provided on Glassdoor and refrain from applying to Workday in the future.

“Great cry, little wool.”
