- Had a call with the recruiter. After a week, had a call with the hiring manager, followed by a HackerRank problem. Then, in a couple of days, had a technical screening with engineers via Zoom.

Pros: None whatsoever. The place has fallen to pieces.
Cons: Goals set for each worker, which are unrealistic and ensure you must work evenings and weekends. Basically, sleep and family time are prohibited. More goals are constantly added.

Pros: Nice office building, health insurance, and stock plan.
Cons: Expected to work 24 hours a day, every day.
One or two people are left as subject matter experts on large product areas and expected to handle all work and queries in these areas.
Too many chiefs trying to be "innovative" with ridiculous ideas.
