The interview process was very smooth. I had interviewed at other companies, and my experience at Workday was different. I applied online and then had a phone interview. It took a while, but overall, I had four phone interviews.

Pros: Good perks in the company.
Cons: No growth for QA. Management prefers outside hiring over giving chances to internal resources. This is the only company where you can see non-skilled, less experienced, but favored QAs in higher positions compared to experienced QAs. Bring ethical processes to the Pune office too; it is missing.
