Excellent company to work for, all around.
No cons that I can think of.
The interview process was very smooth. I had interviewed at other companies, and my experience at Workday was different. I applied online and then had a phone interview. It took a while, but overall, I had four phone interviews.
6 managers. Not much as far as technical questions go. Pretty easy. No peers grilling you at all. That makes for the wrong people getting in.
First, they asked personality questions, which were straightforward and easy. They then asked a few technical questions about memory and storage. After that, they proceeded to ask whiteboard questions about different types of data structures.
