I was interviewed at Workday, Dublin.
The interview was easy and did not require much preparation, apart from basics.
It was easier for candidates with experience to crack.
Questions mostly involved the VIBE (Workday core values).
Questions
Four rounds:
1st round: with the Director of Development, focusing on basic behavioral questions. 2nd round: with the Director and a developer from the team, another basic behavioral round with a few technical questions. 3rd round: Coding round with simple array manipulation. 4th round: Meeting with two managers to decide which team I will be joining. Basic real-life team situation problems and how I handled them were also discussed.
