Process

The interview process involved the following stages:

  • An initial interview with an HR representative.
  • A broad technical phone interview.
  • A home technical assessment, which included a utility program with a medium-difficulty algorithm.
  • An onsite interview consisting of three parts: coding, broad technical knowledge, and culture fit.
  • A final culture fit interview.

I had a great experience with the Workday recruiter. They provided exactly the information I needed, were very helpful, and highly responsive. The interview process was clearly outlined, and the interviews themselves struck the right balance in terms of difficulty – not too hard, but allowing me to showcase my skills. The interviewers generally put me at ease and asked pertinent questions.

The offer was presented comprehensively, giving me all the necessary details to make an informed decision.

Ultimately, I declined the offer after a very difficult choice, as I had two first-class offers to consider.
