Pros: - Good total compensation
- Generally friendly staff
- Relatively nice office
Cons: - Not very flexible on remote work, hard 50/50 hybrid system.
- A lot of legacy software.
- Highly understaffed; teams "own" and support products they never worked on.
- RSUs are getting cut at a time of high inflation.
- Base salary is on the low end of the spectrum; salary adjustments are behind inflation.
- The higher ups are really into their Kool-Aid.
