I have no doubt that Workday is a great company to work for, but their interview process let them down.

Standard competency-based questions were asked for the phone screen.

The take-home test was relatively straightforward. I was asked to use React to grab some data from an API and write some tests.

I thought I did a pretty decent assessment. I was completely ghosted after this stage, with no response either way. A simple follow-up email would have been sufficient, stating why my application was not progressed.

I understand that recruitment is busy right now, but I would expect a follow-up given that I was a few stages into the process.
