- 1-hour conversation with Head of Engineering + Sr. Engineer
- Take-home test of building a TODO app using Rails + JSONAPI Spec
A conversation based on the TODO take-home exam was meant to take place, but it did not. The To-Do app was presented as a very casual step, just to use it as a talking point. Despite having vague instructions, it was ultimately the deciding factor with a statement, "The test was incomplete."
Overall, it was quite disappointing given that the people involved directly in the process seemed smart and engaging, but the process seemed to defeat its purpose.
