Process
I was referred internally. After a 30-minute phone screen, I was asked for an onsite interview.
The funny thing is, as an interview for a senior position, the whole process only took 1.5 hours, and most of the questions were more like entry-level questions.
The next day, I was told they are looking for people with more experience. At least from the interview, I don't see why they need a senior dev.
