Pros: Best work-life balance. Great people to work with. Lots of learning.

Cons: In-person work might benefit more.

Pros: Friendly working environment and great perks.

Cons: Limited growth opportunity with coding language XO.

Pros: They pay you, you get a desk, and my coworkers were nice.

Cons: This is not a place to join if you are looking to grow in your career. This is more of a "collect a paycheck and leave early" location. CEO is gutting the company. I think it is just the nature of the product. It is past its growth phase and now is just in maintenance mode. Do NOT join here as an "App Dev" - you'll be using XO, the proprietary language, which is fine, but it isn't a marketable skill, and you will have a very hard time switching out of it since no one wants to learn it.
